Rochester, Minnesota (RSTN) –– A judge in Indiana appears to be holding the cards to a property close to their gavel––realtors business cards that is––we're not sure about the keys to the castle. According to the ad posted on Craigslist below, Judge Smith is apparently holding the deed close to their bench too. We haven't received a reply to the whereabouts of the keys, or if the only passage is through the judges' heart.

Judge Smith knows something the rest of us don't: why?

How did this property get locked up? Why did this happened? What's the rest of this story?

A property, per the ad below has a plea-like moniker, "Castle in Court." The mysterious ad poster, Kyle, also makes note that it's free to be traded outside of America, preferably along the equator, but not in America.

We'll be following up on this story.
